Reference: OperationOutcome Errors

Understand FHIR OperationOutcome responses returned by DDFS endpoints.

OperationOutcome Responses

DDFS returns a FHIR OperationOutcome when an error response has a FHIR-formatted body. Review issue.severity, issue.code, details, and diagnostics to identify the cause.
