Oracle Integration: HITL
The Oracle Integration: HITL dashboard provides insights into Oracle Integration Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) workflow instances and tasks over a specified time period.
Use this dashboard to monitor instance and task status, pending work assigned to users or groups, completed work and outcomes, workflow creation trends, and average completion time. It helps identify workflow bottlenecks and investigate the workload and progress of individual workflows.
Here's the list of widgets displayed in the Workflow Instances tab in Oracle Integration: HITL dashboard:

| Instances By Status | Shows the distribution of workflow instances by status. Use it to identify active, completed, or other instance states that may require attention. |
| Average Completion Time | Shows the average time required for workflow instances to complete. Use it to identify workflows with longer completion times and investigate potential bottlenecks. |
| Active Instances | Shows workflow instances that are currently active. Use it to review in-progress work and identify instances that may be delayed. |
| Completed Instances | Shows workflow instances that completed during the selected time range. Use it to monitor completed workflow volume and review recently finished instances. |
| Created Instances Over Time | Shows the trend of workflow instances created over time. Use it to identify changes in workflow demand and correlate them with active or completed instance volumes. |

| Completed Tasks By Approver | Shows completed tasks grouped by approver. Use it to understand approval activity and compare completed-task volume across approvers. |
| Tasks By Outcome | Shows the distribution of completed tasks by outcome. Use it to understand the decisions or results produced by Human-in-the-Loop tasks. |
